We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, bring it back, and we'll help make it right.
If you bought a game from us anytime during our shop season (November 6, 2009 - January 3, 2010), bring it back by January 3, 2010 and you can return or exchange it. You will need the receipt, so don't lose it! If the box is still sealed, you can get a refund on the same method of payment you used to buy it or you can exchange it for a game you'll like more. If the box is opened but all the pieces are still there, then you can exchange it for any game we have in store (or one that we can order for you). If you lost the receipt, you can only exchange the game (even if sealed) for whatever its current selling price in-store is (even if lower than what you paid for it).
For payments made in cash, we'll refund you cash in the store. For payments made by check, we can refund you cash only if it's been 2 weeks (14 days) since your original purchase. Otherwise we'll send you a check back after we're sure there wasn't a problem processing your check. For payments made by credit card, you must have the original credit card with you and we'll refund it to that card. Please allow 1-3 days for the credit card companies to process the refund.
If you bought the game from us during our shop season (Nov 6 - Jan 3), you can exchange your purchase for another product until January 30, 2010. Since our shop will be closed, you'll have to send your game back to us via US Mail or courier service (UPS, Fed Ex). We'll send you the game you want instead. After January 30, no returns or exchanges are accepted for products bough in-shop.
You can return products you purchased online if they are unopened. We cannot accept exchanges of online purchases at this time. But if you want to return a game you purchased online, just send us an email at info@gamesplace.us and we'll arrange your return for you. Customer is responsible for the costs of sending back the game. Once we receive the game and if its in good condition, we'll process your refund to the credit card you used to make the purchase. You have 30 days from your purchase to request a refund. Please allow 1-3 days for the credit card companies to process your refund.
